The Regatta Inn in Folly Beach

Alex and Zack held their wedding in South Carolina at the Regatta Inn in Folly Beach. The vibrant inn is a great place for an intimate wedding. The colorful onsite accommodations make it easy to make a full weekend of your wedding celebrations. Packages tend to cost around $4,500 for 3-5 hours. The ceremony and outdoor reception spaces are ideal for anyone who wants the beach to be a part of their wedding experience without the inconveniences of being right on the sand.

Folly Beach is a beautiful town on the coast of South Carolina. It’s only a little over 20 minutes outside of Charleston. Grassy dunes roll over white sand beaches. Getting married here is convenient because there are so many places for guests to stay in this beach town. You can also enjoy a nice walk along the shore to recharge the morning after your wedding.

Tender Wedding in South Carolina

For their ceremony, Zack and Alex said their vows with the Sunset Cay Marina stretching out behind them. Afterward, we took some quiet time to get portraits of just the two of them. I love the photos of them wandering around the marina together. It’s so special that they got to step away and bask in the moment.

Their reception featured simple, elegant details under a spacious tent. It was perfect to enjoy the views and waterfront atmosphere. Zack and Alex opted for classic decor choices including white florals on their boutonnieres and cutting cake. It worked really well with the dreamy colors of the marina at dusk.
